This webshop is operated by WABI SABI NORDIC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WABI SABI NORDIC. WABI SABI NORDIC offers this webshop, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The webshop is powered by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us, WABI SABI NORDIC, to sell our products and services to you.

Orders 

Wabisabinordic.com is open 24 hours a day, so you can always shop with us. To shop, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit card. If you are under 18, you can obtain permission and the legal right to make purchases from a guardian.

When you order an item, you will receive an order confirmation. At this point, a purchase agreement has been made, and the amount you purchased for has been reserved on your bank account until the order is shipped. When the order has left our warehouse, the money will be withdrawn from your bank account.

Payment

Wabisabinordic.com accepts payments with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and MobilePay. 

All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

WABI SABI NORDIC uses Shopify's service and encryption methods to ensure that all your card information is secure. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during transactions.

Payment will be reserved on your bank account once the order is completed and will be withdrawn from your account when your order is shipped, usually within a few days.

Delivery 

Delivery in Denmark: 

Decoration Items: Free delivery to GLS parcel shop or GLS home delivery for 59 DKK. GLS has a delivery time of 2-4 working days.

Furniture: Free curbside delivery. Delivery within 2-5 working days*. We will send you a personal email to arrange the delivery time.

For the Solar and Bølge dining tables: An extended delivery solution with carrying and assembly can be purchased. Please contact us at info@wabisabinordic.com.

*Delivery time does not apply to the Solar, Bølge, and Linje dining tables as these are custom-made items with an expected delivery time of 6-12 weeks.

Collection:

Collection of orders at our address is unfortunately not possible as our warehouse is located at a storage facility, not at our showroom.

Delivery Prices to EU Countries: Prices are calculated upon entering your delivery address.

Delivery Prices to Countries Outside the EU: Contact us via email for more information: info@wabisabinordic.com.

Returns:

All orders* can be returned within 14 days.

Decoration Items:

Returns are always at your own expense, and the package must be sent with business delivery to our storage facility. You must send us an email at info@wabisabinordic.com stating your order number and the desire to return. If we do not receive this email, your package will be returned to you as our storage facility cannot accept packages without prior notice. The product must be sent securely in its original packaging, and the order number must be included, e.g., by attaching your delivery note.

Packages delivered to parcel shops or lockers will not be picked up.

Shipment 

WABI SABI NORDIC strives to send your order within 2 business days. If the items are unfortunately not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to agree on a possible later delivery.

Decoration Items: WABI SABI NORDIC uses GLS for delivery. You can choose between having your order delivered to your doorstep or your nearest GLS parcel shop.

If it is not possible to deliver the package to your doorstep, or if this is deemed unsafe, GLS will take it to the nearest GLS parcel shop.

GLS has a delivery time of 2-4 working days.

If there are delays at GLS, WABI SABI NORDIC cannot be held responsible. In the event of very late delivery, WABI SABI NORDIC will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Delivery to Bornholm, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, certain small islands, and countries outside Denmark may have a longer delivery time of approximately 8-10 working days.

Furniture: Free curbside delivery. Delivery within 2-5 working days*. We will send you a personal email to arrange the delivery time.

Warranty / Complaints 

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, giving you 24 months' right to complain. This means you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or discounted, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.

We refer to the "Features and Maintenance" page, where you can be informed about the properties of the products and how to best maintain them.

You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect in the product. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible, and within two months after the defect is discovered. You can complain by contacting us via email at info@wabisabinordic.com. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.

If you are asked to return the item, please provide as much detail as possible about the problem. The buyer must bear all transport costs, including the cost of returning the item. Remember, the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipping. We recommend using DAO, as both the sender and receiver can track the shipment. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Save your receipt for shipping costs and any 'track and trace' number.

Note that packages sent by cash on delivery or similar will not be accepted.

Right of withdrawal / Refund 

Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and from the date of notification, the item must be in our possession no later than 14 days after. The period is counted from the day you receive the entire order.

You cannot withdraw by refusing to receive the item or by not picking it up.

Objects: Returns are always at your own expense, and the package must be sent with business delivery to our storage facility. You must send us an email at info@wabisabinordic.com stating your order number and the desire to return. If we do not receive this email, your package will be returned to you as our storage facility cannot accept packages without prior notice. The product must be sent securely in its original packaging, and the order number must be included, e.g., by attaching your delivery note.

Once the item(s) are returned, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a few days, excluding any shipping costs.

Remember, you bear the risk for the item until we receive it.

Exchange: 

WABI SABI NORDIC unfortunately cannot offer regular exchanges unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong item.

If you wish to exchange your item for another, we kindly ask you put a new order on the item you wish for instead. You can return your original item to us.
