Shipping policy

 Delivery in Denmark 

Free delivery to GLS parcel shop on purchases over 600 DKK or GLS Private (home delivery) for 59 DKK. GLS has a delivery time of 2-4 business days.

Unclaimed GLS parcels: If your parcel is not picked up within the GLS collection period, it will be returned to our warehouse. This incurs a fee of 45 DKK + new shipping costs totaling 90 DKK including VAT, which will be charged when your parcel is resent.

Furniture: Free delivery to your curbside. I deliver within 2-5 business days*. We will send you a personal email to arrange the delivery details.

Pickup

You can choose to pick up small object orders yourself in Aarhus at the address below.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Note: Normally ready within 2-4 days.

Delivery within the EU:

Decoration: Delivery within 5-10 working days 
Price: 79 DKK to parcel shop

Furniture: Delivery within 5-15 working days 
Price: Free to curbside

Returns:

Returns are at your own expense and must be sent with delivery to our address. We recommend PostNord, GLS, or Bring.

Packages delivered to a parcel shop or mailbox will not be collected.

*Custom made designs are not eligible for return.

Dispatch:

WABI SABI aims to dispatch your order within 2 business days. If the items are unfortunately not in our warehouse, we will contact you as soon as possible to agree on a possible later delivery.

WABI SABI uses GLS for delivery. You can choose between having your order delivered to your doorstep or your nearest GLS parcel shop.

If it is not possible to deliver the package to your doorstep or if this is deemed unsafe, GLS will take it to the nearest GLS parcel shop.

GLS has a delivery time of 2-4 days.

If there are delays with GLS, WABI SABI cannot be held responsible. In case of very late delivery, WABI SABI will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Delivery to Bornholm, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, certain small islands, and countries outside Denmark may have a longer delivery time of approximately 8-10 business days.
