Objects:
Free delivery to GLS parcel shops for purchases over 600 DKK, or GLS Private (home delivery) for 59 DKK. GLS has a delivery time of 2-4 working days.
Unpicked GLS Packages: If your package is not picked up within the GLS collection period, it will be returned to our warehouse. This incurs a fee of 45 DKK plus new shipping costs, totaling 90 DKK including VAT, which will be charged when your package is resent.
Furniture:
Free curbside delivery. All furniture is delivered on a half pallet/pallet in a wooden frame. Delivery is within 2-5 working days*. We will send you a personal email to arrange a delivery date.
Regarding Furniture: An extended shipping solution with carrying and assembly can be purchased. You can request a quote by contacting us at info@wabisabinordic.com.
*The delivery time does not apply to the following furniture: Solar, Bølge, Elm, and Linje, as these are custom orders. The expected delivery time is 6-12 weeks.
Note:
You have the option to purchase a 2-hour time slot for a more precise delivery time within the timeframe of 09:00-15:00. The price for this service is 700 DKK.
Please note that we unfortunately cannot offer 2-hour time slots to islands without a fixed bridge connection or to international locations.

Pickup of object orders in our Showroom & Store is possible. However, furniture orders cannot be picked up and will be delivered free of charge to your address.

All orders* can be returned within 14 days.
Objects:
Returns are always at your own expense, and the package must be sent with business delivery to our warehouse. You must send us an email at info@wabisabinordic.com stating your order number and your intention to return. If we do not receive this email, your package will be sent back, as our warehouse cannot accept the package without prior notification.
The product must be securely packaged in its original packaging, and the order number should be provided, for example, by including your delivery note. Packages delivered to parcel shops or lockers will not be picked up.

WABI SABI strives to ship your orders within 2 working days. If the items are unfortunately not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to agree on a potential later delivery.
WABI SABI uses GLS for delivery. You can choose to have your order delivered to your doorstep or your nearest GLS parcel shop. If it is not possible to deliver the package to your doorstep, or if it is deemed unsafe, GLS will take it to the nearest GLS parcel shop. GLS has a delivery time of 2-4 days.
If there are delays with GLS, WABI SABI cannot be held responsible. In the case of significantly delayed delivery, WABI SABI will, of course, send a new delivery free of charge.
Delivery to Bornholm, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, certain small islands, and countries outside Denmark may take longer, approximately 8-10 working days.
