Delivery in Denmark
Objects: Free delivery to GLS parcel shop for purchases over 600 DKK or GLS Home Delivery for 59 DKK.
Delivery time: 2-4 business days.
Uncollected GLS Packages:
If your package is not collected within the GLS collection period, it will be returned to our warehouse. This incurs a fee of 45 DKK + new shipping cost, totaling 90 DKK including VAT, which will be charged when your package is sent again.
Furniture: Free curbside delivery. All furniture is delivered on half-pallet or pallet with a wooden frame. Delivery time: 2-5 business days*. We will send a personal email to arrange the exact delivery time.
For the Solar and Bølge dining tables as well as the Linje bench:
We offer an extended delivery option including carrying and assembly of the furniture to a wished destination, which can be purchased. Request an offer for this service by contacting us at info@wabisabinordic.com.
Normal delivery time does not apply to the following furniture: Solar, Bølge, Elm, and Linje, as these are custom orders, and will only be produced upon order. Expected delivery time: 6-12 weeks.
Pickup:
It is possible to arrange pickup from our showroom & store for smaller object orders. However, this does not apply to furniture orders, which will be delivered free of charge to your address.
Delivery within the EU:
Decoration: Delivery within 5-10 working days
Price: 79 DKK to parcel shop
Furniture: Delivery within 5-15 working days
Price: 550 DKK to curbside
Delivery to outside the EU:
Shipping prices is different from country to country. Your exact shipment price will be shown at check-out when you place your order.

Returns
All orders* can be returned within 14 days.
Objects: Returns are always at your own expense, and the package must be sent with business delivery to our warehouse. You must send us an email at info@wabisabinordic.com with your order number and information of the desire to return. If we do not receive this email, your package will be returned as our warehouse cannot receive packages without notification. The product must be securely sent in the original packaging, and the order number must be provided, for example, by including your packing slip.
Packages delivered to a parcel shop or parcel box will not be collected.

Shipping:
WABI SABI NORDIC strives to dispatch your order within 2 business days. If the items are unfortunately not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for a possible later delivery.
WABI SABI NORDIC uses GLS for delivery. You can choose to have your order delivered to your doorstep or the nearest GLS parcel shop.
If it is not possible to deliver the package to your doorstep, or if it is considered unsafe, GLS will take it to the nearest GLS parcel shop.
GLS delivery time: 2-4 days.
In case of delays with GLS, WABI SABI NORDIC cannot be held responsible. In the event of very late delivery, WABI SABI NORDIC will naturally send a new delivery free of charge.
Delivery to Bornholm, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, certain small islands, and countries outside Denmark may have a longer delivery time of approximately 8-10 business days.
