Information on the processing of your personal data at WABI SABI NORDIC.

Here you will find information on how WABI SABI NORDIC acts as the data controller in accordance with data protection regulations.

Personal data: Personal data are information that can be used to identify you. To shop at WABI SABI NORDIC, you must provide at least your name, address, email, and mobile number so that GLS can contact you regarding the delivery of your purchase, or we can contact you with questions. The information is treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

Your data will be stored for up to 5 years from the end of the financial year along with information about the goods you have purchased, according to § 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which the data will be deleted. Information will not be disclosed or sold to a third party unless this occurs in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the data protection legislation in force at the time.

WABI SABI NORDIC processes and stores your data only to the extent necessary to fulfill our service and delivery obligations, and for a maximum of 5 years as described above.

Shopify provides our webshop solution and is responsible for storing your data.
