Information on the processing of your personal data at WABI SABI.

Here you will find information on how WABI SABI acts as data controller in accordance with data protection rules.

Personal data is information that can be used to identify you. To shop at WABI SABI, you must provide at least your name, address, email, and mobile number - so GLS can contact you regarding the delivery of your purchase, or we can contact you with questions. The information is treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and data protection laws.

Your data is stored for up to 5 years from the end of the financial year along with information about the goods you have purchased, pursuant to § 10 of the Danish Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted. Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties, unless this occurs in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will comply with the applicable data protection legislation at all times.

WABI SABI only processes and stores your data to the extent necessary to fulfill our service and delivery obligations, and for a maximum of 5 years as described above.

Shopify provides our webshop solution and is responsible for storing your data.
