Siv is an exclusive vase series from WABI SABI, created from raw travertine stone. The vase series draws its inspiration from the beautiful reeds along the lakes near our old workshop.

Tall and graceful, the reeds sway gently in the wind. Behind them, light gray clouds drift by, and the sun's faint rays cast a soft golden hue on the beautiful vertical lines.

The vases are available in three sizes, complementing each other in the finest way. Here, the vase is shown in large size, measuring 20x30 cm.

Siv is made from unfilled travertine, with all natural details preserved to give each vase its own unique expression.

The vase comes with a glass insert to ensure optimal functionality. It is important to use the glass insert if you wish to put water in the vase, as travertine absorbs water, which will eventually leak.

Material

Siv is made from unfilled travertine stone, giving it a natural appearance with various sizes of holes. These characteristic openings were formed over millions of years by hot springs flowing through the stone, creating a unique and authentic aesthetic.

Material selection: At WABI SABI, we work exclusively with natural stone, carefully selected for its aesthetics and quality. Our choice to work with natural stone means that all our products are unique, as each stone is different. Therefore, there will be variations in patterns and color nuances, all naturally created. We handle all stones with care and aim to preserve them as true to nature as possible.
